A Semi has more blind spots and is harder to maneuver compared to a smaller or medium-sized semi. Let’s say a person with a disability is a vehicle that is 30 to 55% smaller than the largest semi but has fewer blind spots and more maneuverability.

Big storage = speed and money

Blind Spots and lower maneuverability = less people friendly

Semi that holds 30-55% less = less speed and money

30-55% smaller = a person with a disability a semi that holds 30-55% less but has better maneuverability and fewer blind spots = more people-friendly and more able to learn about people to keep them happy.

Society needs to be able to value someone that holds 30-55% less in a semi load because there is a certain angle and aspect of better maneuverability and fewer blind spots, which can have better value even though less is accomplished in a day.

Society would say we can do both; value people with a disability and carry a heavy load. You can try but it is harder than what you think with more blind spots and less maneuverability compared to a smaller semi with better maneuverability and less blind spots.

The larger the semi the larger the blind spots and it makes it harder to maneuver. But there are benefits of a big semi. It holds more to take less time, also make more money. Yes, a large semi can care about people with disabilities and care about people and do everything? Yes and No.

“Yes ‘’ in the idea of valuing people and effort and good placement for most people; but “No” in the fact that the “do everything” mentality has too wide-ranging of a focus.

Sometimes a medium and small semi with “30-55% less things to focus on” mentality is better because more concerned with quality.

I am actually making the case that the best work environment for someone with a disability is approximately half small or medium semi and half large semis as an analogy to show how companies can make good accommodations for people with disabilities so they can enter the world with those that do not have disabilities.
