Non-Denominational Prayer and Bible Reading in Public School

Eighty years ago, people had Prayer and Bible reading in school.  The separation of church and state only meant teachers could not favor Catholic or any other denomination of the church above another. So, Prayer and Bible reading at a public school had to be done from a non-denominational standpoint due to the issue of separation of church and state at a public school.   The goal was not to eliminate Prayer and Bible reading in school, but that government or public school not favor any denomination above another.  I am not picking on the Catholics because society could have the problem with any denomination.  In heaven people will all agree on Scripture but on earth that is not realistic.  I am in favor of non-denominational Prayer and Bible reading in School.
