Whether it be God saying “I tell you truth”, “the spirt of truth”, “Truly I say to you”, or in my own words, God magnifies His Word above His Name. All these sayings imply the exact honesty of God. Make special note that to magnify His Word above His Name is a truth telling concept of how God is so honest that he would rather you say a disrespectful thing about His Name than to call Him a liar. I tell you the truth there is no other Prophet of God or religion other than Jesus Christ that has that level of integrity and brilliance. I follow Christ! You should as well.
