My comment about the prophecy in Ezekiel around Jesus and John the Baptist preparing the way for the Lord:

The Lord had to bring down the high mountain or high tree of the ungodly world. Then raise up what the world says is lowly Jesus and make Jesus lifted high.

It says in Corinthians we know and prophecy in part, that means that sometimes we only have partial answers to some of life’s problems, but when Jesus the perfection comes, then all the answers will come and in Heaven partial answers will be done away with.

The perfection of God is fully made known when God will make everything perfect in the second coming of Jesus and in heaven. But look at the context of Scripture. At the beginning of creation Eden was perfect before sin entered the world.  Sin was never God’s design only a choice for Satan to choose to serve himself or God, the same is true for people.  Choice is powerful, choose to display moral virtue like Jesus.

Ezekiel 17:22 refers in multiple cross references to Jesus as the root of King David, a lot of the world does not see it that way. Make Jesus the Perfect King in your own life.

Based on the following Scriptures 1 Corinthians 13:9-10 Ezekiel 17:22-24, Revelations 22:16, Revelations 21:4, Revelations 22:1-5, Luke 3:4-6  only 3 quoted

Ezekiel 17:22-24 22 “‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: I myself will take a shoot from the very top of a cedar and plant it; I will break off a tender sprig from its topmost shoots and plant it on a high and lofty mountain. 23 On the mountain heights of Israel I will plant it; it will produce branches and bear fruit and become a splendid cedar. Birds of every kind will nest in it; they will find shelter in the shade of its branches. 24 All the trees of the forest will know that I the Lord bring down the tall tree and make the low tree grow tall. I dry up the green tree and make the dry tree flourish. “‘I the Lord have spoken, and I will do it.’”

Luke 3:4-6 As it is written in the book of the words of Isaiah the prophet: “A voice of one calling in the wilderness,
‘Prepare the way for the Lord,
make straight paths for him.
Every valley shall be filled in,
every mountain and hill made low.
The crooked roads shall become straight,
the rough ways smooth.
And all people will see God’s salvation.’”[a]

“I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you[a] this testimony for the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, and the bright Morning Star.” Revelations 22:16
